Notice Inviting Tender
Sealed Tenders affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paisa twenty five) only with a validity period of 180 (one hundred eighty) days for the following works are invited from the intending registered and appropriate PWD electrical contractors having valid electrical contractor license and who have renewed their license for the year 2020-21. Tenders will be received by the undersigned in the office up to 2.00 PM on 03/10/2020 and will be opened at 2.30 PM on the same date in presence of tendering contractors and their authorized representatives. Details of work as per estimate, terms and conditions can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours on all working days and with prior permission from the undersigned. If the office remains closed on the same date for any reason then the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same hours. . Detail of NIT & works etc. can be seen in the office of the undersigned during office hours upto 29/09/2020

• Date of receipt of Appl ication along with up to date attested copies of contractor registration certificate. PAN card, labour license, GST registration and electrical contractor with supervisor licenses is 29-09-2020. Tender paper will be issued on the same day.
• The undersigned has the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason and also not liable to accept the lowest tender.
• Participants must provide i) Postal address for correspondence, ii) Mobile no with Whatsapp, iii) email-id with tenders.
• Successful participant will have to deposit earnest money at the rate 2% for general and 1% for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC to receive formal order.
• Other terms and conditions are as per APWD F-2 form and Assam financial rules.
• NB:- i) For schedule Items: Rate to be quoted at par/above/below the APWD Electrical Schedule of rates for 2013-14.
• ii) For non-schedule items: Rate of every N.S. item should be quoted. iii) Quoted Rates should be inclusive of GST and all other prevailing taxes, levies, duties etc. iv) Rates should be quoted legibly in figures and words.
