PWD, Nalbari Invites Tender for Repairing/ Renovation of Girls Hostel

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Tender affixing non-refundable Court fee of 8.25 (rupees eight & Paisa twenty five) only eventually to be drawn on PWD F-2 form with the validity period of 180 days are invited from the a PWD registered contractor for the following works and will be received by the undersigned up to 2 p.m. on 12- 8-2020 and will be opened on the same date and place at 2:30 p.m. in presence of intending tenders for their authorised agent.

Detailed particulars of the what may be seen in the office of the undersigned during office hours in any working day.

The tender paper and terms and conditions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned up to 4 p.m. on 11-8-2020 by payment of Rs. 2000.00/- in the form of IPO to the Executive Engineer, PWD Nalbari Building, Division, Nalbari.

If the date of receiving of the tender happens to be an unforeseen bandh/ holiday the tender will be received/ opened on the next working day at the same time and place.

Note:-

It's hard to be quoted in figures and words legibility in percentage basis of a PWD building,SOR for 2013-2014
Tenderer belonging to ST/ SC /OBC/ MOBC/ UGC has to deposit 1% earnest money security /deposit instead of 2%.
The competent authority reserves the right to reject and accept the tender without any reason thereof.
Terms and condition will be as per printed F-2 form.
Payment will be made subject to availability of fund.
Tenderers should submit the copies of the date registration certificate, PAN card up to date, labour licence, GST registration at the same time of purchasing tender paper.
