Sealed tender affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and Paisa Twenty five) only with validity period of 180 days eventually to be drawn up in F-2 Form from the Registered PWD Building Contrator for the works as detailed below which will be received in the Office of the undersigned upto 2.00 PM on 21.07.2020 and will be opened on 2.30 PM on the same date and hours.

Detailed particulars and tender paper can be purchased by the eligible Contractor on application along with production of self attested upto date Registration Certificate. Bidding Document may be purchased from the office of the Executive Engineer PWD Sivasagar Building Division from 16.07.2020 to 17.07.2020 upto 5.00 PM on payment of a non refundable fee as stated in the table above in the form of Original Bank Draft in favour of "Assam State Road Board Maintenance (Roads) Fund" A/C No. 10566991479 of SBI New Guwahati Branch of Branch code No. 00221. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned during office hours.
Tender paper should be accompanied with self attested upto date Registration Certificate of G.S.T., Labour Licence/EPF, PAN Card & the EMD in the shape of NSC/FDR/TDR pledged in favour of undersigned If for any reasons last date for opening of tender is declared as holiday, tender paper will be opened on the next working day.
Tender submitted without Earnest Money will be straight way rejected.
