Secretariat Administration Department, Assam invites tender for supply of plastic grass carpet/mat

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tender affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 in two bids (Technical & Financial) system are invited from reputed and established Govt. Registered Firms/Suppliers for supply of plastic grass carpet/mat for use in Janata Bhawan. The sealed tenders will be received up-to 2.00 P.M. on 15-09-2020 and will be opened on the same day at 3.30 P.M. in the office chamber of Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, SAD in presence of the intending tenderers or their authorized agents, if any. If the scheduled date and time of opening of the tender is to be postponed due to any unforeseen event, the same will be opened on the next working day or any day fixed by the Secretary, SAD at the same place and time. The tender documents may be obtained from Secretariat Administration (Nazarat) Department during office hours or may be downloaded from departmental website https://sad.assarn.gov.in/.

The Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Secretariat Administration Department/undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
