Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Dispur Invites Tender for Disposal of Some Items

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed Tenders affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25/- (Eight rupees twenty five paise) only are invited from interested persons/parties/firms for disposal of unserviceable air conditioners and other electrical materials which are kept in Block-'C/D' of Janata Bhawan.

These materials are-Outdoor units (132 nos.), Indoor units (110 nos.) & electrical panel boards are proposed to be disposed of on "as is where is" basis to the highest bidders. Parties are to quote their highest prices for the items. All those who participated in the bidding process are requested to quote their prices for all items together for all categories. The tenderers should deposit earnest money in the form of Banker Cheque/Demand Draft pledged in favour of the Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, General Administration Department for an amount of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) only.

Quotations/bid along with requisite documents should be sealed in an envelope superscripted with the words "Bid for disposal of unserviceable air conditioners and other electrical materials" address to Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, General Administration Department, Block-'A', 2nd floor, Janata Bhawan, Dispur-6 and much reach the aforesaid address on or before 27/07/2020 up to 2.00 P.M. The interested parties may contact Junior Engineer, PWD, TCC Electrical Sub Division, 'G' Block, Janata Bhawan (Mob No. 97060-61556) within office hours for inspecting the items.
