Sivasagar Division (T) Forest Officer, Sivasagar invites tender for Sale of Timber lots

It is notified for general information of all concerned that under provisions made in the Assam Sale of Forest Produce Coupes and Mahals Rules, 1977 and Amendment Rule, 2000 Sealed Tender affixing Court Fee Stamps worth Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and twenty five paisa) only in the Form of Schedule- "A" of the said Rule is invited from the intending tenderers for Sale of Timber lots of this Division. The tender will be received in this office from dtd. 27/08/2020 to 16/09/2020 on all office working days in the office of the undersigned and it will be open on the last date i.e. 16/09/2020 at 3.00 P.M in the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Sivasagar Division (T), Sivasagar. The tender box will be closed at 3:00 P.M. on the last date of receiving on 16/09/2020 and will be opened the same date at 3:30 P.M. If the date of opening of tender falls on any Govt. holiday/any eventuality which prevents to receive the tender paper then the next working day shall be considered for last date of receiving and opening of tender paper.

The tender shall be opened on dtd. 16/09/2020 by Tender Evaluation Committee as mentioned above at 3.30 P.M. (IST) in the presence of the Tenderer or their authorized representative may remain present if they so desire.

The Sale Notice containing the details of the lots along with the terms and conditions of the sale and the Tender Form may be collected from the office of the undersigned during working hours on payment of Rs. 100.00 (Rupees one hundred) only and Rs. 10.00 (Rupees ten) only respectively, which are not refundable.
