Social Forestry Division, Lakhimpur Invites Tender for Implementation of "CAMPA Scheme of 2020-21"

NOTICE INVITING TENDER

1. Sealed tenders in prescribed form affixing Court fee stamp worth Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paisa twenty-five) only are invited from the valid registered contractors having experience in construction of building which will be received by the undersigned till 18/08/2020 in his office up to 15:00 Hrs (IST) for implementation of "CAMPA Scheme of 2020-21". The tenderers may drop their tender papers in the tender box placed in the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Lakhimpur Social Forestry Division, North Lakhimpur during the office hours for the purpose. The tender delivered by Registered post will also be considered but the same must reach the undersigned within the specified date and time.

The tender shall be opened on the same days mentioned above at 15:30 Hrs (IST) in presence of the tenderers or their authorised representative at the office mentioned above. Intending tenderers may collect tender documents on payment of Rs 500.00 (Rupees five hundred) only in the form of Bankers Cheque/Demand draft payable in favour of the Divisional Forest Officer, Lakhimpur Social Forestry Division, North Lakhimpur on any working day during office hours till 15:00 Hrs on the day of opening the tender. In case this date falls under any declared Govt. Holiday/any eventuality which prevents to receive the tender paper then the next working day be considered for receiving and opening of tender paper.

2. Place of work: Miritoop near O/o the DFO, SF Division, Lakhimpur.
3. Contract value: Rs. 22,01,500/- (Rupees Twenty Two lakhs One thousand Five Hundred) only
4. Earnest money: Rs 44,030/- (2% of work value)
5. Time of completion: On or before 15/10/2020
