SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tender in plain paper affixing non refundable Court Fee stamps of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paisa twenty five) only eventually to be drawn up in APWD F2/K-2/H form whichever is applicable are hereby invited from the eligible registered Contractors/Firms of under Water Resources Department, Assam for the following scheme

Name of Scheme: Annual maintenance of soil laboratory, meeting etc. under Soil Research WR Division for 2020-21.

Estimated Amount: Rs. 4,45,000.00

Earnest Money: 2% of the value of work (1% in case of SC/ST)

Location of Work: At AWRMI Complex, Basistha, Guwahati-29

Time of completion: 30 (thirty) days from the date of issue of work order

The tender will be received up to 2.00 P.M on 22/10/2020 and will be opened at the same date, place and hours. If the date of opening of Tender happens to be unscheduled holiday/ Bandh etc. the same will be received on the next working day.

The detailed Notice Inviting Tender, Group List may be seen in all working days in the office of the undersigned and tender paper may be received from the office of the undersigned during office hours on all working days, on payment of Rs. 50.00 (Rupees fifty) only (Non-refundable) through IPO duly pledged in favour of Executive Engineer, Soil Research WR Division, Basistha, Ghy-29.
