Sonitpur Forest Division Inviting Tender (E-Tender)

Sealed tenders in prescribed form affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight & paise twenty five) only are hereby invited from the Govt. Registered Contractor/Firms having experience in nursery technique, plantation and related activities for the following work:

Implementation for 48 Ha site specific plantation under CAMPA scheme 2020-21 for next 5 years under Sonitpur East Division, Biswanath Chariali

The Tender will be received in the office of the undersigned on all working days upto 3:00 PM (IST) upto 21/12/2020 and will be opened on the same day at the same place at 3.30 PM in presence of the willing tenderer or their authorized agent who wish to attend the same. In the event of unusual occurrence due to strike, Bandh, Holiday etc. the same will be received on the next working day upto the same time and will be opened at 3:30 PM.

Detailed particulars of the work may be seen in the office of the undersigned during office hour and Tender paper may be obtained on any working days upto 2.00 PM (IST) on 21/12/2020.

The acceptance of the tenderer and issue of work order is subject to release of fund by the Govt. of Assam/Competent authority without hereby incurring any liabilities to the affected tenderers or any obligation to inform the affected tenderer of the grounds.
