Sonitpur Soil Conservation Division, Tezpur invites tender for implementation of different projects

Subject to pending Administrative Approval from the Govt. in Soil Conservation Department sealed tenders, for technical and financial bids, in prescribed formats, affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs.10.00 (Rupees Ten) only from the intending Govt. Registered Contractors/Firms/Company Ltd./Joint Venture Unit, for implementation of the following projects which will be received up to 2.00 p.m. on 28/08/2020 and opened on the same date at 2.30 PM on 28/ 08/2020 in presence of the tenderers or their authorized agents. Separate sealed and superscribed envelopes are to be used for both technical and financial bids and put them together in a single envelope. If due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the tenders cannot be opened on the aforesaid date, the same will be opened on the next working day. The qualified parties, only in respect of the technical bids, will be eligible for competing in the financial bids. Tender paper can be obtained from the office of the undersigned from 22/08/2020 up to 2.00 PM on 28/08/2020 by depositing Rs. 200.00 (Two hundred) only for each group in the form of IPO. Detailed terms and conditions, plan and estimate and particulars may be seen in the office of the undersigned on or before 28/08/2020.

N.B: The Contractors are to strictly maintain COVID - 19 Govt. protocols. Major terms of Reference:-

1. The work order will be served as per the decision of the competent authority & after receipt of AA.
2. Earnest Money : 2% of estimated value in case of General and 1% of estimated value in case of SC/ST/OBC/unemployed Graduate Engineer.
3. Overall Quoted rate beyond 2% of the estimated amount for the projects listed at SL.NO. 1 to 3 respectively will not be accepted.
