Supply of Sports Goods/Sports Equipment and Sportswear during the financial year, 2020-21

NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Sealed quotations affixing Court Fee Stamp of Rs 8.25 (Rupees eight and twenty five paise) only are invited from Authorized Dealers and Distributors having Show Rooms and Retail Shops in greater Guwahati for supply of Sports Goods/Sports Equipment and Sportswear during the financial year, 2020-21 as per specifications mentioned in the quotation papers, which will be received up to 02.00 pm on 17.08.2020 along with samples. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 4.00 pm in presence of the quotationers or their authorized representatives. Brand names of the items are required to be mentioned while quoting price. Rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and transportation cost. No quotation will be accepted without samples and beyond the closing time and date.

The quotation papers can be downloaded from the official website of Directorate of Sports & Youth Welfare, Assam (https://dsyw.assam.gov.in) w.e.f. 03.08.2020 onwards. The quotationers will have to submit the quotations supported by necessary documents as per the laid down terms and conditions mentioned in the quotation papers on 17/08/2020 up to 02.00 pm, to the Office of the Director of Sports & Youth Welfare. Assam. Rudra Singha Sports Complex, Dispur, Guwahati-6, along with the Demand Draft amounting to Rs 500.00 (Rupees five hundred) only (non-refundable) pledged in favour of "Director, Sports & Youth Welfare, Assam" as cost of quotation papers.
