NOTICE INVITING TENDER

The undersigned invites sealed quotation affixing nonrefundable Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and paise Twenty Five) only from the interested registered Firms/Suppliers for Supplying of (1) Stationery items/TLMs (Teaching Learning Materials) for the Learners of Special Training Component in 2020-21 Vide Memo No. KOK/SSA/Esstt/TLMProcure/81/2015/866 dtd. 11-01-2021 and (2) Material for the Children of Class IX & X of KGBV Type-II, Vide Memo No.KOK/SSA/Esstt/KGBV-Procure/32/2019/867 dtd. 11-01-2021 as per specification mentioned in the Tender Papers shown against the each category of items in details.

Category wise Tender documents/papers including Terms & Conditions will be issued from 12-01-2021 to 18-01-2021 during office hours on Cash payment of Rs. 200/- only for eachTender Form which is non re-fundable and un-adjustable and will be received upto 2 P.M. on 19-01-2021 and the Tender box will be opened on the same day at 3.00 P.M. in presence of the bidders/representatives. If the receiving day of Tender happens to be bandh/holiday, the same will be received on next working day at the same time. The Tender document/papers should be dropped in Tender box in the office of the DMC, SSA, Kokrajhar.
