SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders in single bid system affixing a nonrefundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Eight Rupees and Twenty five) only are hereby invited from registered Govt. suppliers / dealers / distributors / Firms for supply of Desktop PC (including UPS), Printer, Scanner etc. for the O/o the Employment Exchange, Namrup as per the Technical specifications/ Item description mentioned below. The bids will be received in the office of the Employment Exchange, Namrup up to 11 AM (IST) on 29th October, 2020 and the same will be opened on the same day at 2 PM (IST) in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dibrugarh. Payment will be made subject to Govt. sanction availability of fund and will be subject to fulfillment of terms and conditions of the tender document.

Work Name : Supply of desktop PC (including UPS), A3 Printer, Scanner etc for Employment Exchange, Namrup under National Career Service Project (Mission Mode Project for lnterlinking of Employment Exchange) for the financial year 2020-21.
