Superintendent of Police, Amingaon invites tender for the supply of Spare Motor Parts/Repairing works

Sealed quotation affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs 8.25 (Rupees eight and paisa twenty five) only are invited from the intending Contractors/Firms/Suppliers/Dealers/Workshops registered under Assam Police Headquarters, Ulubari, Guwahati but yet not registered may also submit quotation (for the year only) for supply of new Spare Motor Parts/Repairing Works of the Departmental Vehicles & Motor Cycles as per list enclosed Annexure for the financial Year 2020-21 to the office of the Superintendent of Police, Kamrup, Amingaon. The quotation will be received upto 1300 hrs on 29/08/2020 and will be opened on the same day at 1430 hrs in presence of willing quotationer or their authorized agent.

Each quotation must be accompanied by Earnest Money of Rs 5000/- (Rupees five thousand) only duly pledge in favour of Superintendent of Police, Kamrup, Amingaon in form of NSC/KVP/Bank Draft/FDR. ETC. The earnest money will be refundable to the unsuccessful quotation after the finalization of the contract and will be refunded to the successful quotation after the supply is completed for the current financial year. If the successful quotation failed to supply the Spare Motor Parts/Repairing Works with the articles with the stipulated time then the earnest money will be liable to be forfeited.

The successful quotation must have in a position to supply the new Spare Motor Parts/Repairing Works of the Department Vehicles & Motor Cycles according to our demand within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the formal order at the Superintendent of Police, Kamrup, Amingaon. No extra charge will be paid to the supplier for carrying the articles to the headquarters.

The quotationer must be types or written in Ink and quotationer should quote their rates in both word and figure items wise. Any correction should be duly initiated. Rates should be quoted exclusive of GST.

The quotationer must submit PAN Card, upto date Trade License, GST Registration certificate, Soundness Certificate of Institutional Bank/Nationalized Bank and upto dated Income tax Certificate with their quotation. "Quotation for supply of new Spare Motor Parts/Repairing works of the Departmental Vehicles & Motor Cycles" must be written on the sealed envelop. The rates in the quotation should be final for the entire financial year 2020-21 in respect of the rates in the market. Payment will be made on availability of fund and no extra charge will be entertained for any late payment.

The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest rates in the quotation and reserves the right to reject any or all the quotation without assigning any reason thereof.
