Tihu Municipal Board, Tihu, Assam Invites Tender for Construction of Road Side Drain

NOTlCE INVITING TENDER

The Executive Officer, Tihu Municipal Board, Tihu invites sealed tenders in the prescribed form eventualIy to be drawn in PWD F-2 form /Departmental form for the works in the given below with a validity period of 180 days affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupces eight and paisa twenty five) on it from Government Registered Contractor of class -2 under PWD for the year 2019-20 as applicable having past experience of executing work of similar nature and will be received by the undersigned up to 2 PM on 26-06-2020 and will be opened on 30-06- 2020 at 3.0 P.M. in presence of intending tenders or their authorizes agents. If the office happens at the closed on the date of receipt of the tenders, the tender will be received and opened at the same place and time on the next working day of the office.

Earnest money at the rate 2% of the value of the work (1% for ST, SC, OBC and unemployed graduate Engineers) in the form of FD/Call Deposit will have to deposited along with each tender duly pledged to the Executive Officer, Tihu Municipal Board, Tihu. Tender submit without earnest money shall be summarily rejected.

The detailed tender papers may be obtained from office of the undersigned by the intending tenders on payment of Rs. 3000.00 (Three Thousand) only at Tihu Municipal Board, Tihu for each tender which is non refundable during on 19-06-2020 to 26-06-2020 up to 2 P.M. No tender will be issued after the date.
