Tinsukia Wildlife Division, Tinsukia Extends Tender Notice Published on 05/07/2020

EXTENSION OF DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDER

The Divisional Forest Officer, Tinsukia Wildlife Division, Tinsukia had invited from eligible Contractors/Firms (registered with PWD Building) for construction of the following civil works under CAMPA Scheme during 2020-21 to be executed under Tinsukia Wildlife Division, Tinsukia which was published in "Asomiya Pratidin" and "The Sentinel" news paper on dtd. 05/07/2020.

The last date of received tender was 15-07-2020 up to 2.00 PM (IST). Due to COVID 19 the undersigned decided to extend the date of received tender up to 2.00 PM (IST) on 20-07-2020. However, Qualification, Terms & conditions for participation in bid remain unchanged. Interested tenderers may be collected prescribed Tender paper along with the working estimate from the office of the undersigned on any working day up to 5.00 P.M. (IST) on payment of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) only by Demand Draft of Bank in favour of DFO, Tinsukia Wildlife Division.

Now the revised last date for submission of tender is 2.00 PM (IST) on 20-07-2020 and tender will be opened on the same day at 3.00 PM by Tender Evaluation Committee in presence of the interested bidder or their authorized representative. In the event of any unusual occurrence due to strike, Bandh, Holiday etc. The same will be received on the next working day up to 2.00 PM (IST) and will be opened at 3.00 PM.
