Tinsukia Wildlife Division, Tinsukia Invites Tender for Construction of Anti-Poaching Camp | 6 July, 2020

SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tender in prescribed form affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight & paisa twenty Five) only are invited from eligible Contractors/Firms (registered with PWD Building) for construction of the following civil works under CAMPA Scheme during 2020-21 to be executed under Tinsukia Wildlife Division, Tinsukia as mentioned below:

The tender will be received up to 2.00 PM (IST) on 15-07-2020 in the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Tinsukia Wildlife Division, Tinsukia and will be opened on the same day at 3.00 PM by Tender Evaluation Committee in presence of the interested bidder or their authorized representative. In the event of any unusual occurrence due to strike, Bandh, Holiday etc. The same will be received on the next working day up to 2.00 PM (IST) and will be opened at 3.00 PM.

Qualification, Terms & conditions for participation in bid in long tender notice is available in the office of the undersigned. The prescribed Tender paper along with the working estimate may be collected from the office of the undersigned on any working day up to 5.00 P.M. (IST) on payment of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) only by Demand Draft of Bank in favour of DFO, Tinsukia Wildlife Division.

The work is to be completed within the stipulated time period. The undersigned and Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or cancelled any tender without assigning reasons thereof.

The issue of work order is subject to released of fund by the Government of Assam/Competent Authority without thereby incurring any liabilities to the affected tender or any obligation to inform the affected tenders of the grounds.
