CORRIGENDUM

As per APWD (Roads) letter No. DA5R.132/2018/2 dtd. 20.07.2018, revised financial limit for submission of tender for Class-IC contractor is Rs. 200.00 Lakhs. Accordingly modifications regarding eligible Class of Contractor with respect to the online bid invited through e-Procurement system i.e. through website www.assamtenders.gov.in for the work "CONSTRUCTION OF DRAIN AT WEST MILAN NAGAR AREA. DIBRUGARH. PART-I, UNDER CIDF" vide No.TP/CIDF/160/2020/6 Dated, Dispur the 16th September. 2020 has been modified as stated below:

Eligible Class of Contractor as per NIT No. TP/CIDF/160/ 2020/6 dtd. 16.09.2020	Modified Eligible Class of Contractor
Government registered APWD Class-IA Contractors or such equivalent class of Govt. registered contractor.	Government registered APWD Class-IC and above Contractors or such equivalent class of Govt. registered contractor.

The other terms and conditions of tender remain the same.
