Town Milk Supply Scheme, Khanapara, Guwahati Invites Tender for Supply of Skimmed Milk Powder and Whole Milk Powder

QUOTATION NOTICE

Sealed quotation in plain paper affixing non-refundable court fees stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight & paise Twenty five) only are invited from the reputed supplier/dealer/company/farm for supply of skimmed Milk powder and whole Milk powder to the office of The Superintendent of Town Milk Supply Scheme, Khanapara, Guwahati-22. For the year 2020-21 the interested supplier/dealer/company/Firm only submit their quotation by quoting rate per kg. Inclusive of all taxes for both skimmed Milk powder and whole Milk powder of standard quality separately for different brand. The last date of receiving quotation is 30-06-2020 up to 2.00 p.m. and same will be opened on the same date at 3.00 p.m. in presence of the quotationer or their authorized agent.

If the last day of the receiving quotation falls on a holiday, the next working day will be taken as last day of receiving quotations. The undersign has reserved right to or reject lowest quotation without assigning any reason thereof.

Terms and condition:

1. The rate will be valid till March 2021.
2. Delivery: F.O.R. Office godown, CD Campus, Khanapara, Guwahati -22.
3. Brand name of products must be specified.
4. Payment will be made subject to availability of fund through F.O.C. and no advance payment shall be made.
5. Pan card must be submitted.
6. G.S.T. registration certificate must be submitted.
7. Firm registration certificate.
