Water Resources Department, Nalbari, Assam Invites Short Notice Tender

SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tender in prescribed form to be eventually drawn up in A.P.W.D. F-2 form affixing non- refundable court fee stamp of Rs 8.25 (Rupees eight & paisa twenty five) only are hereby invited from the registered contractors/firms of Water Resources Department for the year 2019-20 for the below mentioned schemes. The tender will be received by the undersigned up to 2.00 P.M on 17-06-2020 and will be opened on the same day. Detail NIT, specification, terms & conditions for the work may be seen in the office of the undersigned during office hours of all working day up to 1:00 P.M of 17-06-2020. Work will be allotted subject to the received of necessary Administrative Approval from the competent Authority and the tender amount may very which will be ascertained after getting the necessary Administrative Approval. In the event of non receipt of Administrative Approval the BID may be cancelled and any claim whatsoever on this will not be entertained. The undersigned reserve the right to extend/ cancel the date of tender and accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning and reason thereof.

Tender paper is to obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred) only in the form of Demand Draft from a Nationalized Bank pledged to the Executive Engineer, Nalbari W.R. Division, Nalbari per copy of tender form during office hours on all working day from the date of issue of detailed tender notice.

1. Immediate measures to protect B/Dyke from Adabari to Kukarjan at Kalpota area from the erosion of river Brahmaputra for the year 2019-20 under SDRF (From downstream existing protection works at Ch. 22,780 m to Ch. 22,830 m)
1. Approx. Value:- Rs. 49,16,000/- (Rupees Forty Nine Lakh Sixteen Thousand) only in single group.
2. Immediate measures to recoup flood damaged at Kalpota area of B/Dyke from Adabari to Kukarjan (Downstream of existing protection work) at Ch. 22,730 m to Ch. 22,780 m) for the year 2019-20 under SDRF.
1. Approx. Value:- Rs. 49,83,000/- (Rupees Forty Nine Lakh Eighty Three Thousand) only in single group.

Time of completion: 60 (Sixty) days from the date of issue of work order.
