1984 Anti-Sikh Riots: Supreme Court Asks CBI For Sajjan Kumar Trail

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Monday adjourned a hearing on former Congress leader Sajjan Kumar’s bail plea in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case as the CBI opposed it on the ground that it will have bearing on a similar case under trial in which Kumar is again an accused. (IANS)
