20MW gas-based power plant iugurated

DULIAJAN, April 16: Minister of State (IC) for Petroleum, Dharmendra Pradhan insugurated the 20MW gas-based power plant at OIL’s industrial area in Duliajan on April 15 in presence of Sarbanda Sonowal, Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports, Rameswar Teli, MP of Dibrugarh, Kamakhya Prasad Tasa, MP of Jorhat, Amiya Gogoi, MLA of Duliajan, Prasanta Phukan, MLA of Dibrugarh, Dilip Moran, legistor of Doomdooma constituency, CMD of OIL,SK Srivastava functiol Directors of OIL and other senior officials of Oil India Limited. The 20MW BHEL gas turbine generator with state-of-the-art technology was commissioned in July, 2014 at OIL’s Industrial area in Duliajan. This turbine will be a part of OIL’s Duliajan power station.
