AgustaWestland: Delhi Court Rejects Accused Sushen Mohan Gupta's Bail Plea

NEW DELHI: Special Judge Arvind Kumar of a Delhi court on Saturday rejected the bail plea of Sushen Mohan Gupta, an alleged middleman in the Rs 3,600-crore AgustaWestland deal case, following opposition of the ED to the plea. He was arrested on March 26. (IANS)
