AgustaWestland issue: Delhi court reserved its order on bail plea of Christian Michel

NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Wednesday reserved its order on the bail plea of British national Christian Michel, the middleman accused in the Rs 3,600-crore AgustaWestland VVIP chopper deal case. Special Judge Arvind Kumar said he would deliver the bail order on Saturday. The CBI and the ED have opposed the bail plea. However, the ED on Wednesday told a court it was not opposing the plea of Dubai-based businessman Rajiv Saxena seeking bail on medical grounds as he was cooperating in the probe. Saxena may, according to sources, turn approver in the case, though he has not moved any application in this regard yet. (IANS)
