AJYCP's 38th Raising Day observed

DIBRUGARH, March 12: The 38thRaising Day of Asom  Jatiyatabadi  Yuba Chatra Parishad  (AJYCP) was observed at the premises of Swahid Bedi at Lahowal  on Thursday with the hoisting of AJYCP flag. The president of AJYCP, Dibrugarh District Committee, Ranjit Das hoisted the flag in the morning while its secretary, Homen Borgohain offered tribute to all martyrs. Unfurling the organization’s flag, Das in his speech stated that the AJYCP had been doing a democratic struggle for total autonomy, dual citizenship and inter-State permit since its birth on March 12, 1978.  He further stated that development and progress was only possible through overhauling of entire infrastructure of politics and economy.
