Ban on Anpur Chilli sauce extended

Guwahati, Sept 19: Assam government has prohibited the manufacture, store and sale of Anpur Chilli sauce for a period of 30 days with immediate effect. Samples of the sauce were found unsafe by the Referral Food Laboratory, Ghaziabad. It may be mentioned that the prohibition over Anpur Chilli sauce was effective from August 26 which is now extended by another 30 days.
