Bomb scare in Jet flights in India

NEW DELHI, March 22: On the heels of the terror strikes at Brussels airport, bomb alerts were issued for five Jet Airways flights in India today. The warning was issued from the Jet Airways office in Delhi after the private carrier’s call centre received an anonymous call that said the planes were carrying bombs on board.   The five flights included Delhi-Cheni, Delhi-Chandigarh, Delhi-Dehradun, Delhi-Gorakhpur and Delhi Cheni flights. Four of them have landed safely. The Delhi-Dehradun flight has been kept in an isolation bay and the airport officials are waiting for the bomb squad personnel, who are expected to conduct a thorough search of the aircraft.
