HS paper leak

Guwahati, March 9: A CID team today quizzed some students of Salt Brook Academy in Dibrugarh in connection with the higher secondary question paper leak incident.

Sources said the school magement informed the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council after it spotted suspicious writings on a school wall a day before the Biology (the second paper to be leaked this year) examitions.

"The wall writings stated that the 2016 Biology paper was leaked. Three questions of the paper were also written on the wall with the words 'Please do justice'," a police official said.

Suspecting foul play, the magement informed the council as well as the media.

Sources said the CID team today examined four/five students who are suspected to have procured the leaked paper before the examition.

"Based on their statements, we will have to interrogate a few more people," CID sources said. The higher secondary Biology paper was leaked on Monday, a day before the examition. On February 4, the Physics paper was leaked hours before the students were to appear for the paper.
