CM demands permanent Governor

Guwahati, Feb 12: Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today urged Prime Minister rendra Modi to appoint a permanent Governor in the State. "I urge the Prime Minister once again to appoint a permanent Governor for Assam as early as possible as galand Governor Padmabha Balakrish Acharya has been holding additiol charge of Assam for more than a year now," he said.
