Guwahati, July 31: Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today favoured a housing scheme for tea workers and indicated that the government may set up a cell to look into it. "Lakhs of tea workers are still homeless. They have to live in accommodations provided by the garden magements. They do not have a house of their own," Gogoi told party meeting attended by members from the tea community here.
