CM promises to evict land grabbers

GUWAHATI, Aug 13: On the land encroachment issue in the State, Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal on Saturday said eviction would be carried out, be it in Kaziranga, any xatra land, tribal blocks and belts to make these encroachment-free. “We have already announced it in the Vision Document and we will act as per our announcement,” said Sonowal.
