Congress not against GST bill: Ramesh

Bhubaneswar, Jan 9: Senior Congress leader Jairam Ramesh on Saturday said his party is not against the Goods and Services Tax (GST) bill, as the BJP says, and instead held Prime Minister rendra Modi responsible for holding it up.
