Contractors Directed to Complete Projects on Time: NHIDCL

DIBRUGARH: The Director of National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), Satyabrata Sahu, ordered the contractors to complete the four-lane National Highway project and other projects, in a speedy and a time-bound manner.

Sahu even warned of initiating strict measures against them if they failed to get things done within the stipulated time. After having arrived here on Saturday, Sahu reviewed the status of the ongoing projects in the district under NHIDCL, along with DC Pallav Gopal Jha, ADC Sushanta Kumar Dutta, top officers of National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited and the contractors concerned. In the meeting, Jha said that the district administration would make sure that the projects do not face any delay or hurdles due to land requisition or related issues.
