Cops punished for 'quizzing' detained woman

Guwahati, Dec 24: Two sub-inspectors of Dispur police station, Monturam Bora and Arun Barua, were put under reserve close and discipliry proceedings launched against them on charges of interrogating a detained woman without being authorized to do so.
