Court convicts Thungon in 1993 graft case

New Delhi, Feb 24: A court on Wednesday convicted former union minister P.K. Thungon in a corruption case related to the allotment of government shops here during 1993-94. CBI Special Judge Sanjeev Aggarwal convicted Thungon on charges of crimil conspiracy and under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
