Dimorians get a lot of Games, in their doorstep!

DIMORIA, Feb 5: Dimoria is all agog! Besides Kho kho and handball slated to be held at Tepesia Indoor Stadium at Sopur, tiol Highway-37 is to be used for the cycling of South Asian Games. Dimorians have a lot of the South Asian Games, in their doorsteps!

The atmosphere there wore festive look with players and athletes already starting their exercise there. Cyclists from Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka have already paddled on the tiol highway during their practice sessions. A 10-km stretch of NH-37 from Chakanibari under Khetri police station to Dhopguri is to be used for the race. The cycling team from Nepal is very cheerful to see the scenic beauty and cleanliness of the place and its  surroundings. The cyclists from Sri Lanka are elated to see the security arrangement here. They say that they feel secured here.

Assam girl Supriya Gogoi from Tengakhat in Dibrugarh district, being lone from the State in the Indian women kho kho team, is a source of elation for all in the area. She is the darling of the crowd there.
