Five GNLA cadres held

Guwahati, May 26: In a joint operation, the army and Assam Police apprehended five GNLA militants from Hatogaon in Goalpara district. The militants were travelling in an Alto car towards Rongsai. The militants were identified as Galet Ch Momin alias Arnet Ch Momin, Tenrik Marak, Paulush Marak, Pitin Sangma & Mithak Sangma. Two factory made 7.65mm pistols, three country made 9mm pistols, some ammunition and other war like stores were recovered from them.
