Four persons killed in road accident

GUWAHATI, May 25: At least four persons were killed and 48 others injured when a bus carrying a marriage party collided head on with a truck at the Bongora area under the Azara police station in Kamrup district in the wee hours on Monday. According to reports, four persons were killed on the spot. The injured have been admitted to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital. The condition of some of the injured is stated to be critical.
