gaon's Tridip targets IAS

GAON (HAIBORGAON), May 31: Tridip Bora of varup Jatiya Vidyalaya of gaon town brought glory to the district by scoring 588 marks and securing the second rank in the HSLC exam.

Soon after declaration of results on Tuesday, Tridip talked about his future plans with mediapersons, saying he will choose Arts stream and study to become an IAS officer or an academic. Attributing his success to his parents and teachers, Tridip said he devoted 12 hours every day to studies. Regarding medium of instruction, Tridip emphatically stated it cannot be a bar to achieve success in any examition. Tridip is the son of Moniram Bora, an employee of the Assam State Electricity Board, and Mamoni Bora of Chakarigaon under gaon sadar police station. Beside Tridip Bora, 11 other students of different educatiol institutions of gaon district figured in the HSLC merit list this year.
