Gogoi opens 3rd Assam Intertiol Agri Horticultural Show 2016

Guwahati, Jan 6: Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today opened the 3rd Assam Intertiol Agri Horticultural Show 2016 at the Veteriry College playground in Khapara here. The four-day event is being jointly organized by the State's Agriculture department and the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The ICC has recruited 35 intertiol stalls representing countries of Chi, Netherlands, Myanmar, Cada, Nepal, Bhutan, Italy, Taiwan and Bangladesh. A total of 200 intertiol delegates are likely participate in the show, including 100 farmers from Nepal, 50 business & government delegates from Chi, 15 delegates from Nepal, 13 from Myanmar, 6 from Cada and rest from the other countries.
