Golaghat woman gives birth to baby in hospital toilet

Golaghat, April 24: A woman allegedly gave birth to a baby in the toilet of a government hospital in Golaghat. According to sources, the woman identified as Mani Vishwakarma from Purabangla area in Golaghat was admitted at Kushal Konwer Civil Hospital in Golaghat a few days ago. On Sunday, when she went to the toilet, her condition suddenly became serious and she gave birth to a child in the toilet. Her husband Rajesh Vishwakarma alleged that the doctors and nurses did not inform them about the condition of his wife. However, the newborn baby was normal and did not sustain any injuries.
