I'm not absconding, says MLA Rumi th

GUWAHATI, April 13: After the rejection of her anticipatory bail plea twice, Congress MLA Rumi th appeared before the media today, and said that she was not absconding.  She said that she had been in the MLA Hostel all these days and the police knew it. Talking to newsmen at MLA Hostel here today, th said: "The police haven't called me for interrogation. If they call me for interrogation, I'll definitely go." She, however, said that the entire episode is a political conspiracy. "I don't know who Anil Chouhan is. I only know his wife Rita Chouhan whom I gave car passes to the Assembly. I have no knowledge about Anil Chouhan's antecedents. I'll disclose everything before the police if they question me. They, however, haven't called me as yet."
