Mariani, Nov 22: A CJM court today sent the maging director of Kolkata-based Bhaskar Tea and the mager of the company's garden Gabharoo tea estate to 14-day judicial custody. MD Siva Bardhan Mehta and mager Bhupender th Pande were arrested yesterday on charges of misappropriating of provident funds of the labourers amounting to over Rs 40 lakh.
