ITAGAR, January 31: Aruchal Pradesh Police arrested two NDFB (S) cadres and recovered arms and ammunition from their possession. Both the cadres have been identified as Rajiv Basumatary and Dino Basumatary who hail from Bihpuria in Assam’s Lakhimpur district. "The arrested rebels wanted in several extortion cases in the State and neighbouring Assam, were planning to abduct a general mager of a reputed public sector undertaking," DIG (Law and Order) ID Shukla said.
