New inter-city express train from Guwahati soon

New Delhi, July 27: A new daily inter-city express between Guwahati and Murkongselek in Assam's Dhemaji district will be launched soon, Minister of State for Railways Manoj Sinha said on Monday. Stating that though the 15613/15614 Guwahati-Murkongselek Intercity Express was announced in the railway budget of 2014-15, Sinha said: "The introduction of the train got delayed due to certain technical reasons pertaining to safety clearances."
