NEW DELHI: Bills of cable TV and Direct-To-Home (DTH) services are likely to increase for most subscribers, a Crisil report said here on Monday. The report said that the new norms, which came into force on February 1, would benefit Over-the-Top (OTT) platforms. (IANS)
