Guwahati, Aug 4: Ulfa's elusive military chief Paresh Baruah today said peace talks with his outfit is possible only if it is held in a "third country" and "under the supervision of the United tions". "Moreover, the issue of sovereignty should be on the table. We will not be part of any drama in the me of talks," Baruah told TV channels, a day after the NSCN(IM) signed a peace accord. He also admitted that he was in touch with spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, but did not elaborate much. (Staff Reporter)
