Parliament budget session to begin on February 23

New Delhi, Feb 4: The budget session of Parliament will begin on February 23 with President Prab Mukherjee's address to a joint sitting of the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. The General Budget will be presented on February 29, the government said on Thursday.
