Rahul to interact with tribal youths

Guwahati, Oct 29: Launching the Congress campaign for the assembly elections slated early next year, Rahul Gandhi will embark on a tour of the State later next. APCC president Anjan Dutta today said the Congress vice president will address a rally in lower Assam and inspect the work of a private agency which the party had roped in to streamline the booth-level workers in an upper Assam constituency. Gandhi will also attend an interactive session with youths of the ST and SC community in Guwahati.
