CM accuses Ajmal of two-timing by keeping channels open with BJP

Guwahati, Nov 23: Prashant Kishor, the man who is credited with making rendra Modi a political brand and then maging the campaign of Nitish Kumar to trump the BJP in Bihar, has a new client at his door - one from his wife's home State.
Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today admitted communicating with the top election strategist in a bid to rope him for strategy consultation for the upcoming assembly elections.
"Yes, I have spoken to him. If he comes, we will take him. It is up to him," Gogoi told reporters today.
Kishor, a former United tiol health official, has become a brand in political strategy consulting.
Once the Man Friday of Modi, he successfully maged the election campaign of Nitish Kumar in Bihar recently.
He is also playing the election strategist in the African tion of Tanzania for the ruling party. People associated with Kishor say he is getting more such offers, but is very choosy about picking them.
Meanwhile, Tarun Gogoi today claimed that AIUDF supremo Badruddin Ajmal is simultaneously "talking" to the Congress and the BJP for an understanding in the upcoming elections.
"He is taking to me. At the same time he is also talking to the BJP. That is why both the BJP and the AIUDF not criticizing each other strongly," Gogoi said. Taking a dig at the BJP, he said the party is "nervous" after the Bihar election loss. "It is nervous so it had changed the captain of the ship (state party president) at this hour. It realized that the previous captain was sinking the ship," he said.
